Really disappointed with the way the Manager handled dealing with a faulty bag. I was given the bag as a Birthday gift... less than a week later I noticed there was a fault. I took it back and was told I could exchange it when the Manager was back in the following week. When I returned the manager took it out the back to fix it. I didn't want the faulty bag fixed. I wanted it exchanged for a new one yet she was extremely reluctant and rude in doing so. There wasn't even an apology for the fact she sold a faulty product. I will never return to this shop.

Marilyn has done several things for me in the from shortening sleeves on my leather jackets to mending another biker jacket from an accident mending leather pants and altering the tapering at the ankle to completely redesigning a leather skirt and fixing my dogs studded collar and fixing my ripped jeans the only person that has mended them that’s lasted her work is very affordable and the best quality I’ve ever seen highly recommended

I visited on 24th January to buy a belt. The shop had a good selection of high quality items and very friendly and helpful staff. The belt I chose needed shortening and that was done immediately.A great shopping experience!Peter Wain, Suffolk, UK.
