I got an end of tenancy cleaning done from Ramiro and team. It was easy to arrange. Ramiro and team did a great job cleaning the apartment. They kept us posted through out and their price was extremely reasonable. I will use their services again.

Pumas Carpet Cleaners is amazing!I got in touch with Ramiro through my job- I work in construction and needed a super urgent carpet clean before the handover of the project to the client. Ramiro got there within an hour and started the job straight away. They also did a general clean on most of the units on the whole project (32 Units) in two days.After that I also started using them at my place (domestic clean) and I couldn't be more happier! I would highly recommend Pumas Carpet cleaning. Ramiro was efficient and very pleasant to deal with. He called me to tell me he was running 15 minutes late, which I appreciated and did a great job. His prices were excellent - not like a couple of carpet cleaners I called who quoted outrageous costs.

Ramiro and team did an end of tenancy clean for us recently - I was seriously impressed with their work - the house looked & smelled sparking clean. There was not a thing that was not clean. I would use them again and again! A++ service too (friendly, fast, understanding)

Definitely would recommend Pumas Carpet Cleaning! Ramiro was onto it, producing a quote for us the same day as inquiry, and then making a time convenient for us to get the job done. The carpets are noticeably cleaner, so job well done! An added bonus too that Ramiro was very friendly to deal with.

Excellent!! Contacted Ramiro Tuesday evening wanting to have my carpets cleaned Wednesday morning as we were moving into this house that day. He contacted me immediately and was able to fit me in Wednesday morning. Carpets look really good and smell great after he finished. Service was 5 star, prompt, reliable and local.

I WOULD NOT recommend them. May be others have had good experience, but I have to be honest and mention mine. I've had the WORST experience with them. I requested a carpet cleaning & end of tenancy for a studio. Yes, just a studio because I wanted the landloard to be happy. When they did the inspection, they sent me a long list of dirty stuff. Shower box had some stains left, windows are all dirty around the edges, kitchen cabinets need to be cleaned, the vacuum cleaner is dirty. Do you know that the cleaner used the vacuum cleaner in the property and left the dirt inside it?. I was shocked and angry because I never had such feedback from a property manager. Went back by my self and realized that everything they said is true. The guys cleaned only the first row of the kitchen cabinets. The second row had some sugar left and some dirt. The stains on the carpet remained as they are. Funny enough, I did try to clean these things by myself. Next day the property manager was so happy and said I did a great job cleaning the rest of the stuff and got my full bond back.Will never come near these guys again and neither should you.

Once again I have to say that I’m really happy with the service. Just by looking around, Ramiro told me what he needed and how long it would take and it was much better than that. Pumas is highly recommended for anyone who wants to see their carpet as new
