Very disappointed in response to my query regarding covenants regarding regulations on fenching at the concerned property it has turned into a free for all this place is going to the dogs or people with money changing the rules

Stay away from any real estate developments by this Group. The poor craftsmanship and their negligence to building standards are shocking. Worst new builds in NZ I have ever seen. Disgusted.
