Went in for a trim for an upcoming wedding and had the apprentice cut my hair, being told that it could take slightly longer which was allgood, I was willing to give it a shot. I sat there for an hour while she made an absolute mess of my hair only for one of the qualified ladies to look over the job and tell her what she needed to correct, I wasn't willing to sit for another hour while she had to redo what was a basic trim, I've had to go to another hairdresser to get the mess tidied up as much as I could. I understand that it was an apprentice in training but what an absolute joke !! I'd love to get my money back !!

Terrible experience. Basic mens short back and sides plus a 5yr old boys quick cut. Total cost $67.00.Absolute ripoff. Total time for both cuts was 40min.All the other hair places in taradale are around $40 for the same thing.

No appointment necessary which I love.First time there as I'm not from hawkes bay. I was taken straight to a chair.The 3 staff that were working were friendly. Makes a difference when they all get along and can have a good laugh. Makes it a more pleasant experience.It was all so easy. I'd visit here again

If you are looking for a great experience friendly staff, and a excellent haircut, this is the place to go. No appointments required. Just drop in.I have found Monday and Tuesday morning's also Thursday evening not as busy and less waiting time. Hair2go taradale .

Very personable and professional lady hair dresser. Asked for No 1 all over which was performed quickly and efficiently. Even went so far as to pull a heated towel from the microwave and wiped me down. It was a hot day and it did feel good (and was a quite unexpected nice touch).
