Interesting example of anti mugging modern urban spaces landscaping.. some great public art works in and around the square commissioned by visionary locals.

First time doing a yoga class that wasn’t a flow, at first I struggled to get into it, but by the end I really enjoyed the class and focusing on points that now get tight as I have a desk job. It was fun incorporating a chair and the wall. Thank you
