Great range of products and eye-pleasing layout. Staff are okay in terms of customer service experience delivery. The location is superb as it located right in the heart CBD, Queen Street, Auckland. A convenient little pharmacy to pick up items on the way to work. Unfortunately, it is high value retail strip; so there is no car park there! @davidlim, #davidlim

Very friendly staff , I have been using them for years , and always so helpful and everyone goes out of their way to help you. Super fast service , and highly recommended if you want a place to prepare your prescriptions

I visit this pharmacy for all my health needs , professional caring staff who always help with all my questions. Always great specials on lots of different products its my one stop shop for healthcare , vitamins and mens skincare they also have a great range of men's $10 fragrances which is great! Definitely my favourite pharmacy and I will continue to be a loyal customer to the store.

Great service from the COVID team at Unichem Pharmacy for my second booster shot. First contact on the phone was very positive with a friendly voice answering my questions, agreeing to keep a COVID vaccine ready for me before closing time, and giving me easy to follow directions. Once on site, the check-in was quick and welcoming, before receiving an injection by a pharmacist who was professional, happy to answer more questions, and very cordial. Same treatment given to other patients, I noted.

My thanks to the staff for providing a very high level of care during my visit on Thursday afternoon. I visited to pick up a prescription, which wasn’t in the computer system, and the pharmacist calmly checked all the bases, calling another pharmacy nearby, in case it had been sent there by mistake. After a call to my Doctor, the prescription was done in no time and each item kindly explained to me. One lady had a really wonderful sense of humour, and provided appropriate caring talk a few times as we crossed paths throughout my visit and when I was paying at the counter. Her efforts in particular stood out in making for a very warm and memorable visit. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, helpful and focused throughout. There were surely warm smiles beneath the face masks. All those things go a very long way in providing care – the staff were expertly doing vital work in our community! Thank you so much.

People are so quick to write negative reviews, however I can say that my experience was nothing short of amazing. I decided to write a review as the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable and I wanted to say thank you. Not often do you find staff that are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I’m shocked anyone would have anything bad to say about this place, however like I said people tend only to write negative experiences. Thank you so much to the lovely pharmacist who was working ! Also bought some much needed makeup (on sale haha) and overall had a amazing experience! Will be back :-)
