Wanting to carpet my new apartment I popped in for a look at Choices Flooring. There I met Sophie who was very knowledgeable of her products and was therfore able to make great suggestions and give wise advice.Nick the layer was also very accommodating of my moving needs. He made a lovely job of the laying and so I am very pleased with the final result.A great team and I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting new flooring.

Absolutely fantastic service from Nicola, Ian and Steve - they are all such lovely people and did an incredible job installing new flooring in the living and dining areas, staircases and hallway of our family home. They handled the job from start to finish - removing and disposing of the old carpet, preparing the floor and then installing the flooring. The work was done promptly because we had a tight timeframe and everything was done to an extremely high standard. They are so good that we started recommending them to our friends before the job was even finished! We had gotten quotes from several other flooring installers in the North Shore and Choices was clearly the best option because the people you speak to in the store are the people who will actually handle the job - we got a lot of misinformation from others and other businesses were not willing or able to handle the job from start to finish. With Choices, it is obvious that the team is incredibly experienced and really knows what they are doing. We are EXTREMELY happy with the finished result and can't wait to get them back to do the rest of the house. We really can't recommend the team at Choices North Shore highly enough.

our experience from the first consultation to the end result was very professional and even though we had one very very minor issue that was promptly rectified. The installers were very professional and we are very happy with the results. We love our new vinyl plank flooring. I was amazed at how stress-free the whole process has been. My friend recommended that I use the team at Choices Flooring. I felt everyone was helpful and supportive making it easy to choose my flooring, answered my questions, and explained the process to me. I had the same vinyl planks laid in my entranceway, kitchen and bathrooms. The flooring has modernised my floor covering and complements my carpet and kitchen. The team were hard working and efficient and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Choices Flooring to anyone.
