Took my watch into the shop for a new battery and strap size reduction. The watch needed to be sent to Seiko as the battery tested fine. I was not charged for this work or advice. Great service, knowledgeable, and fast response. Thanks so much

I cannot recommend Watch Repairs Now highly enough. Roger has now repaired two vintage watches that belonged to my late parents, as well as replacing batteries in my own watch. He has just completed (September 2021) a repair on a small mechanical Swiss watch that belonged to my mother. He quoted this repair several years ago (early 2017 I think) and has honoured that quote, which I did not expect.If you need a watch or clock repair this is definitely the place to go.

Absolutely outstanding! We had been to Bunnings three times to get keys cut and they failed every time but the keys worked first time from the lovely gentleman here who actually measured everything and made sure! 100% would recommend!!!

The customer experience from Watch Repairs Now was fantastic. Roger was a true gentleman and a brilliant repairman, he fixed my issue within 15 minutes and stayed talking with him for another 15 due to his kind and approachable demeanour. Obviously I hope I don't experience anymore watch issues, however, if I do, I'll be going straight back to Roger for his stand up job.Would give 6 stars if possible
