Bras N Things Albany

Went late on a Sunday afternoon, the shop was very organised and tidy and the lady who served me provided great customer service

Excellent experience today, I was served by Danielle and she was very attentive and helpful. The shop looked immaculate too.

Was very disappointed today at the store. Took a sale item with a red sticker $10 only to be told at a counter that this sticker was put there by mistake and the item is actually double the price. In my opinion the item should of been sold for a marked price whether it was placed there by mistake or not.

Very cold and unhelpful staff, not impressed with the young lady there in coloured contact lens, very rude to purchasers. Goods are also not packed properly.

Went on a busy Sunday and was well looked after by a lovely staff member and not only that I could hear her making sure everyone that came into the store was greeted and looked after too. Very happy with my purchases.

Good products, lots of choices yet staff was not particularly interested to help out. I went in there ready to spend lots of money and treat myself. While trying the bras on no one has check up on me regards to sizes(and I waited as I didn’t want to change back). Had to dress up and come out to ask for different size - provided yet again - no checking up. Decided to give up and go to another store . As I was leaving I said it didn’t quite sit right on me on which she replied that I need to spend 2 hrs in the store to find a right bra (??) , and that I should keep an eye in IG. Clearly she did not want to help and I felt extremely unwelcimed. Bras n things is one of biggest retailers of beautiful sets so gonna have to return to the store but in different location

I was served by Jamie (I believe the store manager), and she was amazing! Right there to help, helped me every step of the way, super genuine and non judgemental. I felt so comfortable and left with 2 of the most comfy well fitting bras I have ever owned. 10/10!!

Received great advice and service from here. After having a great experience at the Queen St. store I was hoping for another one and they delivered. Very happy with the purchases and quality seems to be decent too.

Just wanted to say thanks to the woman who helped me; who understood that buying a bra is not easy when you are an odd" fit. She was helpful
