Cooke Howlison BMW Dunedin

Well where do i start, I broke down about 1 hour south of Dunedin in the country on my way back to Christchurch It was very scary , Managed to limp into Dunedin with a very underpowered car doing 15K up the hills and max 80k on the flat, i knew i wouldn't be able to make it to Christchurch especially with the climb out of Dunedin, so i googled BMW and came up with Cooke Howlison Dunedin, i drove there and asked for help, i thought i would have to spend the night or buy another car as mine was very sick?, ( I am not one of their clients and have never been there before) they surprisingly took my car into the mechanic shop and dropped everything to get my car back on the road, in this time the friendly staff made me coffee and buns and sat with me having a good sociable yarn, so after about 1 1/4 hours my car was fixed (new ignition coil) so i was on my way home.The feeling was incredible to be able to get back on the road , i just can't believe the service and hospitality i got from Cooke Howlison when they didn't know me from a bar of soap, i can't thank the team enough and i am very grateful.Thank you so muchRussell

My dealings with Cooke Howlinson (particularly Christine Hope-Low) when buying my new BMW 118i could not possibly have been better. Christine gave me a good deal on the car, and worked hard to get me a good price for my trade in vehicle. Even better, she organized things so the handover of vehicles took place in Christchurch, with no charge for transportation, which saved me the hassle of a trip to Dunedin to pick up the car. Christine’s communication and friendliness was so great that I was confident about making such a large purchase remotely, in fact the whole experience was actually easy and enjoyable. We were on holiday and the kept bringing up messages that we couldn't read AHH!!We rang and dropped into other garages with no help and then stopped of at Cooke Howlinson..... The whole experience was excellent - from ease of the online booking system, to drop off and collection. My vehicle was serviced quickly, for a competitive price , and what a bonus to have it cleaned inside and out! Awesome customer service from a great team, will definitely be back :)
