Ultimate Care Rose Court

I had the privilege of becoming part of the Rose Court family while my Mum was in care for just over a year. I was there daily and one of the last things mum said was, I am happy here because the staff are kind and it is not too big"There is a strong personal inclusive feeling as you are always welcomed by all staff

My father was cared for at Rose Court during his terminal illness to which he eventually succumbed to last week.I was told by this by a family member as I currently live in Melbourne and because of the corona virus, travel restrictions have prevented me from attending his funeral.But she said that when he passed away, the funeral directors arrived to take him away and prepare him for the last part of his journey.And when they wheeled him out of his room, all the staff and doctors etc had lined up along the hallway in a 'guard of honour' fashion to pay their final farewell wishes to him as he left.It was a truly touching story and one that reminded me once again of the wonderful work that places like this perform for our loved one's, even when we ourselves are not able to.To all the staff and doctors who work at Ultimate Care Rose Court, I thank you most deeply. I hope you know that what you do is truly appreciated and that words can never be enough.

Older style rest home. The staff are lovely and look after my elderly mother-in- law very well

My friend was here for 2 years years before her recent move to higher level care. Staff were kind and understanding. In any care centre family should always be actively involved. Sadly this was not.the case with my friend's immediate family. Rose Court is a small to medium sized unit where visitors are welcome
