Deep went above and beyond. He was very helpful, quick, informative, and well-priced. He checked if my fridge was still under warranty. He called before coming, so I wasn't hanging around all day waiting. I will definitely use Aotearoa Appliances again.

This was the first time we used this company and were very impressed that they could come straight away.We tried another one first and had to wait 24 to 48 hours before they would come back to us.So Deep came for our washing machine that stopped working the day before.He told us what was wrong with it and gave us a quote how much it was going to be, he gave us good advice that it might be better if we bought a new one because the cost was high to repair.We made the decision to buy a new one, he said that it was going to take 14 days to order if that was a problem.Everything went how he told us, and we have a new machine installed. We are very happy and will use him again.

Deep from Aotearoa appliances visited my house to check on my washing machine. He is very professional and communicated to me what was wrong with the machine. Wow what an amazing service you get from this business! Broken dishwasher fixed, broken washing machine replaced with a new one, fitted and even tested to insure no leaks etc; Great communication on part updates and when repairs would be made and delivery of new washing machine. Totally recommend Deep for any repairs or replacements needed, and for a small fee he will also dispose of whatever you have replaced.

Deep provides a very professional service. He rang to inform me if he was going to be late, otherwise arrived on time. He is very knowledgeable and, although I decided not to get my fridge fixed because it was too old, he diagnosed the problem and went above and beyond to help me research buying a new fridge. He also looked at some extra work that I hadn't told him about until he arrived. Would highly recommend him.

The first time I used the company and was impressed when he came the same day after we called. He was very kind and friendly, and helped us find alternative solutions to use before the new range hood to be replaced, he also helped us took the old range hood to the dump for free.

Got this guy over and he had a look at my fridge and told me what he thought was wrong and offered to order a new part to hopefully fix the issue. Was at my place barely 20 mins and charged me $115. Said he would get in touch when part arrived and haven't heard from him again. Its been well over a month now since he supposedly ordered the part. Was pleasant but just disappointed with the lack of service.
