The staff were very friendly and informative. 1 staff member checked whether my headlight bulb was working or not with the electrical multimeter. Once it was found that the bulb had blown I was convinced that I had to buy myself a new one and didn't hesitate to do so. He was also helpful looking at my radiator and water reservoir explaining what was happening. I highly recommend Supercheap Auto Rotorua to anyone needing to buy quality Auto parts and seeking great service. Thank you Supercheap!!!

Make sure you have done your homework online for what you actually need before coming here. Advice can be hit and miss. Most are genuinely helpful. Prices are competitive. But those dang lollies at the front are a very real problem. You invariably have to wait in line at the checkouts and while you’re waiting, they’re just dangling there…right at eye level…it’s torture! Every damned time! Can get busy here. If you park on the outer bit, watch out for traffic coming round that bend from Waterford, as well as folks shooting out from Bunnings they come faster than what you realise.

Ron the shop assistant that served me was very helpful and knowledgeable on his products today. I went in to buy motorcycle engine oil. Ron knew his products well and pointed me in the right direction. He double checked I had the correct oil for the bike and model, pointing out that there are two types of oil for motorcycles. One for for clutch/engine sharing the same crankcase and oil for engines with clutch and engine separate. I was impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness. Thanks Ron I will be back to shop at Supercheap Rotorua again soon.
