Nice wee place. Very tidy. BUT.... Left my phone charger behind. Went back 30mins later & no sign of it. Only the cleaners had been in the room since I left???

Forgot to take some photos , a family member had booked 2 rooms was only here for the night on Friday. Both rooms were lovely , very clean warm and comfy thank you. Situated close by to the mall and many other restaurants which was very handy

Love this motel! The owner is so lovely and I’ve always enjoyed my stays here. She remembered me after my first stay even though they were months apart. It’s a great location right on Riccarton Rd, hard to beat!

Stayed 6 nights. The room was of a good size, very clean and well set out. Kitchenette was well set out and held everything you required to cook.Bed was comfortable / shower On my God was it decent.Plenty of parking so don’t worry there, with plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance along with major shopping centre. Easy enjoyable walk into CBD

Exceptional service. We were very late arriving by air but the owner stayed up to make sure we settled in okay. Lovely big room, well equipped kitchen, great shower and excellent location near cafes, shops and Hagley Park.Definitely recommended.

Great value for money, room was clean and well equipped, plenty of coffee/ hot chocolate/ tea, has everything you need. Stayed in the spa suite, spa bath was decent, did the job. Bed was comfortable, room was warm, seating was comfortable, I had a continental breakfast in the morning and was what you’d expect from a basic continental breakfast. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Free wifi for the entire stay (1 night), most other places I have stayed had limited wifi. If you are looking for a clean, quiet, comfortable room without the high price tag, I highly recommend Annabelle court motel.

Advertised as having a spa bath... did not even have a bath. TV didn't work properly either, pretty much unwatchable due to reception cutting out every minute or so. Lady at reception was nice, and it was cheap but probably won't stay here again
