YWRC has been so helpful. As a young worker in the trades industry, I was fully oblivious to everything. YWRC has shown me how to properly prepare for unjust situations and have welcomed me kindly into their community. If I were to be put in the same situation again, I would definitely let them know. This is a great resource for young workers (under 35 years old) to avail themselves of. The folks at the YWRC provide, knowledgeable services all for FREE.For example, a member of the YWRC can be a support person to you through any formal processes at work. Your support person can even speak on your behalf, so that you don't have to be afraid of saying the wrong thing."
