My personal experience is I felt Olivia at the checkout was racist towards me. She was rude denied service.Everyone else was professional, but she ruined everything. I won't go back there again.

Dropped in for a quick visit. Access off the road was easy. Parking was easy, though the carpark can be busy. They had what I needed, which was only a couple of items, and the price was okay. The service was quick and friendly.

Your checkout old lady supervisor needs to get off her high horse, ID checking people who are closer to 40 than 20 (even 30) is not okay, and when shown an overseas license of 37, she didn't accept that and still denied alcohol, it's absolutely ridiculous and it's not the first time at this new world. Somebody needs to go to Specsavers...

Try it yourself dresses in your gardening clothes and see the ill treatment. Once it happened to me. I then discovered how poor people get treated at such places. I used them as an example of bad customer service to my students how not to treat people by their outer appearance

Impressed with the phone call I had regarding my online order, giving me replacement options to choose from (rather than just whatever) for items they didn't have. The 20 second phone call to do so and friendly delivery staff gets 5* customer service from me!

Nice & clean. The deli offers impressive salads and nice cold cut meats. Fish & butcher is awesome, as is produce. New world is a little bit more expensive but worth it in my opinion. Thanks

A chronic lack of professionalism and invading my personal space by staff. Will take my business where the staff have sufficient self discipline to enable a reasonable experience in shopping. I DO NOT recommend.
