A Bike Shop

A great find. Quick and quality repair of my e-bike at a reasonable price. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely return, and would definitely recommend.

My Cannondale was on it's knees when I brought it to Andy. Removing the bottom bracket turned into a massive job, but Andy pulled it off when he could easily have quit. He went the extra mile and ensured my bike left the shopping running like actual new. Apart from the excellent result, Andy is easy and approachable to chat with about all things bike and otherwise.

I went to Andy to get help with fixing my cranks/pedals. A mate had accidentally cross threaded them and I couldn't get the pedal on! He was very helpful, offering a range of different options for fixing and replacing the crank, as well as a DIY solution, that ended up working excellently. Thanks Andy, will be back!

Great independent bike shop. Andy really sorted out my bike! I asked him to fix a couple of issues on my gravel bike but forgot to mention the abnormal play at the steering headset. He recognized the problem while working on my bike and fixed it! Turns out the bike was missing one spacer ring and the bearings were not compressed properly (sad thing it came assembled like this when I bought it from Evo...). Andy also recommended a different drop bars shape for me and he was absolutely spot on! I feel so much safer while descending in drops! Thank you for your help!Edit: the only issue is the parking space. Apparently there's some more parking at the back of the shop but I couldn't find it. Anyway it's absolutely worth persevering or parking a little further away!

Great new bike shop!!After 6 months in a shipping container I dropped off my trusty stead and got nuts to bolts a tune up by Andy. I'm very happy with the result and the service by the shop.Andy carried out a solid tune up (indexing etc is perfect), and just because he was there and working on the bike he tidied up a few annoying and untidy bits from my last service (done elsewhere), but what I'm most happy with is he thoroughly checked a few wear and tear areas and noticed a few bearings I couldn't feel the wear - but as soon as they were in hand it was clear they had only a few 100km left in them. I count that as a giant glowing neon sign on a GREAT MECHANIC.It's great to see an independent bike store with a focus on getting us back on the road.Triple A+ Star Rating.

Amazing place! I don’t really know anything about bikes, but Andy took the bike I got on trade me and made it way better. Far more enjoyable to commute to work now. Strongly recommend!
