Having retained his services, to sell our home, we were gobsmacked at his lack of professionalism. Property advertised at incorrect time for open home, he didn't show up for open home, thought it was a big joke. After property was sold, he then switched sides, began working against us & for the buyer, even though we were paying his commission. Will never use him again, only recommendation I can give is Don't Use Him. Would give no stars instead of 1, if I could!Has since been in contact, upset about review. Name calling & very unprofessional behavior once again. Once again must emphasize, avoid this agent at all costs! His ethics are atrocious & his only concern is for himself. BEWARE!

Nick made the entire process very simple and was a pleasure to work with. He is clearly very passionate about real estate and he worked hard to get us the best price.
