Quantum Lodge Motor Inn
We stayed in a apartment 806 for couple of weeks over the Xmas break. I have to say that the customer service was absolutely brilliant...from front desk to the cleaning team, everyone went out of their way to make our stay more pleasant. Queries (not that there were many) were resolved immediately. We'll definitely consider coming back again. You guys rock!

We have been staying in this motel twice a year since the day it opened many years ago. The service and environment was always A +. You literally felt like you were visiting friends. It recently changed hands. The first change was they no longer serve breakfast. (Huge help when you're on a schedule) but we dealt with that; no problem. The second day we woke up with no hot water and we were reduced to cold showers to be on time for our meeting. Check in was unfriendly and check out was worse. No one in reception and a note leave your key at desk" The personal touches and friendly environment just aren't there anymore. We're heartbroken

Absolutely amazing motel. Extremely clean, very cozy and warm. Room space was unbelievable. The spa pool was just the best.

Fantastic 10 day stay , Cleaning staff were so friendly and lovely, Reception Staff were excellent .Overall a wonderful experience and would highly recommend .

Quantum Lodge Motor Inn
We made a last minute (same day) booking as we decided to wait out some bad weather and break up our travel back to Hawkes Bay. Arrived earlier than expected and was attended to immediately by a very friendly attendant. Room was immaculate, quiet and comfy. Incredibly good value for price. We were really impressed by this place and we will 100% be back next time we are in Hamilton.

This is the best place to stay in Hamilton without a doubt. Luxurious beautiful apartments with full spa pool to relax in! The standard of cleanliness is 100% the best I have ever experienced. Well done to the lovely ladies who keep this place spotless! You are doing an amazing job!

Room was nice. They need to update the Guest Information book. Said Hot or Continental breakfast can be arranged if ordered before 9pm. Rang at 830pm as we were a late arrival to be told that we had to have phoned by 8pm and only Continental would have been available!! And we all know in NZ that only consists o bang average Cereal, toast and juice. Or maybe they just couldn't be bothered!!
