Absolutely fantastic, Ali and Hannah bent over backwards to make sure I was on track with my needs in clothing. I had a important interview the following day, and they installed me with confidence in what I was going to wear for it. I nailed the interview and presently in training with the job of my dreams. Came in intent on buying several pairs of jeans, decided to venture into town because the older woman behind the counter kept staring at us, as though we were thieves, and asked 3x in the space of 5 minutes if we needed help....... appalling.

Went into Johnsonville Mall store. Saw a denim jacket and was immediately keen. Young girl behind counter looked at me and continued talking to her friend. Lost a sale today. Customer service.... yeah right.

By far the best jean shop in Wellington. Maybe New Zealand!!! I went to return jeans and there was no problem at all. Just remember the tags. Love them!!
