Magic Chef Takeaway

They say they have increased their prices so everything showing online is not the right price, I asked for large honey chicken and she said it's $20 and the medium is $19 lol absolute rip off

Magic chef has always been our no. 1, We referred many others tō magic chef and the compliments have positively came back, Them saying = Thats our fish and chip shop know. Fresh oils in the cooker brings out the taste in thier chips. I always know it with My family, hygiene and service is great. Highly recommend them.shift work.

I have been a loyal customer of this store for 5 years.1. The food:Excellent. Well made and tasty.2. The Staff:The ladies are friendly and helpful.3. The prices:This is the problem. The prices have been slowly rising over the last two years. Fast enough for customers to notice. I've been putting up with their prices being much higher than two other nearby takeaways, as I like to support my local store.However, today I was not allowed to use paywave (because it costs the store 60c) I was then expected to pay an extra 74c because I wanted to use my Visa.This is now too much. I paid in cash, left a $3 tip and said goodbye to this store.

Absolutely delish! Have tried other stores in the area but they were all over priced for ho hum food.This place is our new fav, chinese food was fresh and full of flavour, chicken nibbles were delish (could do with some flavoring but the outside is so crispy like kfc hot and spicy texture minus the flavour)The chips are delish and don't taste like old oil.Great selection of little family meals or fried food specials and well worth it.Overall yummy food, great service, clean place from what we could see and a phone that didn't stop with phone orders and even though we ordered inside the wait wasn't that long at all.Their bami could do with a bit of extra heat as it was just like a normal noodle dish but with curry colour and the sweet and sour could do with a touch more sauce when its on its own as it dried out quickly which made it all clumpy although when we reheated it the next day it was nice and moist. That is our only critic BUT we had to search really hard to find something wrong with it as we genuinely enjoyed our meal and we will be back again. Thanks magic chef team :-)

Love their spicy chicken, honey chicken, beef, fried rice, fried chicken, stir fry shanghai noodles, and fish and chips! Overall good quality Chinese takeaways compare to many other takeawats we've tried. Now that we have moved away from Flat Bush, we haven't found one as good as Magic Chef. Would make a trip to go back sometime!

Highly recommend. Good service, good price and yummy food. Will come again.
