They delivered my Queen size bed to my next next next door neighbor! They need take 3 working days to solve it out ! So far still haven’t received it! Pool service and no any apologies!

Worst of the worst in NZ. It's been 5 days. No sign of the parcel. They should close down. I wonder why they are still exist.

I actually would say Minus 10 star rating but if I didn't push the 1 star then I couldn't have accessed the site to write a review. A parcel of mine was picked up from seller in ChCh on 11/1/23 & dropped off at my home in Hamilton on 21/1/23 at 6.34am & supposedly signed by me. The seller had advised them I was on holiday & I also tried twice to contact them not to deliver but calls were unanswered. Fortunately my neighbour retrieved it on 28/1/23. I returned home on 1/2/23. So the parcel was there for 'the taking' for 7 days but could have been 12 days. It's just not good enough. Shocking enough taking 10days from pickup till delivery (which i was tracking but first entry wasn't until 21/1/23 6.34am) But even worse your company took no notice of seller advising you of me being on holiday. And then to top it off the driver signs my name as being delivered. (I unfortunately didn't actually check until 21st which alerted me to the so called signed delivery). So I'm definitely one unhappy customer & wouldn't recommend your company at all.

The worst company we've come across. From sending to receiving, they manage to stuff it all up ! We have lost customers, had to provide refunds and received bad reviews on OUR company due to the incompetence of this courier company. They cannot deliver on time or simply won't even come and collect. We had to chase them 3 days in a row just to get our packages collected. We've moved on now, don't waste time with this company.

Honestly, I was really concerned when I had a missing parcel and saw the huge number of negative reviews. My experience was overall very positive. The phone was answered promptly, the customer service reps I spoke to were polite and efficient, we located the missing parcel with help from the rural courier service (Coural) and identified the cause as an unfortunate but understandable human error (it happens!) I also received a follow up email from the person investigating the query, who was also prompt and helpful in their replies. Given human error is inevitable in any business of this scale, how a company approaches problem-solving leaves the strongest impression for me. Nice work.

Stuff took forever to get here, and it’s bloody infuriating trying to make sense of bot answering services and auto generated emails. Can we all please just agree to pay more for shipping so they can hire some poor little high school student on minimum wage to sit in a windowless, broom cupboard of an office to listen to us all yell about our parcels, or lack thereof. But at the end of the day I wasn’t going to go to bloody Christchurch to pick up my flat pack furniture, so fair play to them.

If there was a rating lower then a 1 start theyd be getting that for sure!!Absolutely shocking! 100% the worst courier in the industry!I have never seen the likes! Do yourself a favor and use NZpost or NZ couriers like literally do not even waste your time with these guys.1. My package has gone missing2. The communication is just not ok....they still haven't contacted me to say that the package is missing, the sender has contacted me but not them.3. Not to mention the people on the phone just plain rude and so unwilling to help out here out your argument.Youd think after the 5th phone call maybe theyd be understanding, sympathetic or willing to help but not with these guys.4. Apparently they where doing a track and trace on my parcel and to call back in an hour call back in an hour and they said you call back in another hour this happened four times. After the 5th phone call they track and trace still hadn't began.Just absolutely shocking!!! Customer service the worst of seen ever with any company for sure!

Very poor experience. They were totally unable to answer any phone calls for me to arrange a pickup to enable the return of product to the supplier. Would not recommend.

I tried to reschedule my delivery but the call fentre wasnt available, and that arrived already. Very quick turnaround in delivery but the call centre is not yet availale for the customer.

Have tried ringing this company many times and the phone just cuts off after 3/4 minutes.For a service company you need to sort this out, or you wont have a business.. The only other company worse than yourselves is Aramex and I'm shocked they are still in business.NZ Couriers, part of your group are fantastic and the service I receive from them is brilliant.I suggest you try sitting in on there meetings, you may learn something.
