Really prompt service. Carpets cleaned throughout house with blood and coffee/tea spill stains removed ( Cream carpets! ), rugs and lounge suite cushions also cleaned. Very thorough on carpets and they were very happy to redo 2 cream Lounge cushions when requested. Very pleased with results and would highly recommend

Mani arrived on time, did an amazing job with our stained lounge suite. This suite isn’t old but just hasn’t worn well and shows brown marks across the cushion fronts. Mani explained what he was going to do, took his time, did an awesome job and I am just so pleased with the results. Thanks guys, we will definitely call you again.

Had our couch cleaned and although it wasn’t that old we didn’t realise how much the material had changed colour! Proving was the most reasonable we could find in our area and surrounding! Very thorough and friendly workers! HIGHLY recommend

Real estate agent wasn't satisfied with the cleaning. One of the bathroom drawers wasn't cleaned at all! I paid Pro cleaning $596 for standard cleaning, but real estate ended up charging me $700 for re-cleaning they did. Waste of time and money. I gave 2 stars for good service I received over the phone.

DO NOT take your curtains here if they have thermal backing. They completely ruined our curtains and at no point did they warn us this could happen. I had to push for a refund and at first they only offered 50% until I pointed out they could owe me a lot more given the Consumers Guarantee Act. Even a full refund doesn’t cover the damage they’ve done to our curtains. They returned them to us nicely folded up but when we got home and tried to unfold them they were completely stuck together. The backing tore and now they’re not blackout curtains because there are little holes where the light shines through. There’s also marks all over the back of the curtains. Even now due to the chemicals they used the curtains get stuck to the window when it’s sunny which has caused more tearing to the lining and marks on the window. Just a nightmare all around.

These guys are good! I dealt with the Wellington office. I had a leak in an attic that collapsed the ceiling of the bedroom below. iDry were there within 2 hours of my call. The promptly installed drying equipment, and visited daily to check progress with their moisture meters. Their reporting was top-notch, and their costs clearly communicated in advance. An excellent result.

I had the black mould on my thermal backed curtains treated and am very pleased with the result. Communication was good, accommodated me with timing and arrived as advised. I tried another company first but they wouldn’t come into the Auckland CBD as said was too difficult with traffic and parking. CleaningPro had no issues and I would highly recommend.

It was easy to book at first and pay but then when technician came to my house he was rude and in a rush. I asked him to send photos once he was done, he did not. Even when I asked when he first arrived at my house and dismissed me when I called him again. He was there less than 20min to remove purple shampoo stains out of the carpet and failed. Said that it is because I used baking soda previously… even though I specifically wrote in the description what I used to try take them out and provided photos. They could have that point said they wouldn’t be able too and I would have used my money for carpet replacement instead. I had paid $208 for a job that left the stains exactly the same as before and for less than 20min effort. I was highly disappointed and requested a full refund or compensation as I rang back that same day. It was difficult to talk to the staff and it was a few emails back and forth to finally get 50% refund. Which is better than nothing but in saying that I wouldn’t recommend this place if you need your stains taken out. They don’t care and it’s basically daylight robbery. Now I have to fork out even more money for someone else to fix the issue.

An extremely recommended professional cleaning company.I searched on Google, and trying to contact them for carpet clean for my new home. They organized the time very quickly and gave me an affordable quote.Their cleaning technicians are very professional and keen to detail. After their cleaning, the carpet looks like brand new, and even the gaps, I thought they vacuumed carefully.Highly recommended! And I will use their service next time for sure.
