Thursday night got my charging point cleaned and although I appreciate getting it done. Do I think it was worth $30. No, but I still decided to get it done. Don't waste your time and money. This rating should really be 0/5! With the exception of the manager, the other staff have poor service and knowledge of Consumer Law. I bought an iPhone charger cable. The one brought from here prior to that had broken, and this second one was worst, it barely charged and had a rip down the side after only three months. The staff members refused to refund or replace, saying that they can only do so if broken on the day it was bought, and that the time frame was 'definitely beyond guarantee'. Originally I had given 5/5 stars in the past due to great service by Ms Kaur, but unfortunately the other service and products are poor quality. No wonder they have such poor ratings. PS I was told I would be given a good discount if I gave an excellent review.

This is an awesome place to get your devices fixed. My son had his phone broken very badly and was told huge fee to fix it in other shops around the mall . We went to this shop and had shown our device, customer service lady gave us the reasonable price and we got our device fixed in an hour .
