Very upfront and knowledgeable. Recommended not repairing the machine due to age and work needed. Even advised on what to buy and who to speak to. When I wanted further advice the next day he replied promptly and cheerfully. Definitely would use again

The serviceman arrived early and got onto the job immediately and was all finished in 10 minutes. I still can't believe he finished so quickly and was early! I highly recommend this company for it's professionalism and attention to detail - worth every penny (*_*)

I have used Shane a few times, I have always found him to be helpful.Most recently he fitted us in on the same day we called, we gave him the brand and model of our oven and described the fault so he could come with the correct parts he needed to fix it.He was prompt, helpful and polite. Needed my 25 year old washing machine fixed in a hurry so rang Wiskis. Managed to get an appointment same day & received extremely efficient service from Shane - he quickly located the problem, had the replacement part required & was on his way to the next job within a short period of time. Shane have saved me more than $500 instead of buying a new dishwasher from another appliance repair company.When I was frustrated at the other company keep changing the model and product price, I found Shane’s number from google search. He picked the phone quickly and grab all the details, arrived on the same day on time. The price he quoted was very fair, and he was on top of the communication. I don’t need to chase up when he will get the repair parts etc.I definitely recommend Shane for application service and he will be the only one I go to moving forward!

A quick Google for Stove Repairs and a read of a couple of reviews, was all I needed. Outstanding Customer Service and Communication from Shane along with prompt efficient service - we saved another appliance from Landfill and are back enjoying 3 fully functional elements and an oven that does the trick.
