Would never use again, and would warn others away. If you are a tenant they are appalling to deal with – I'm sure they earn their landlords some great money.Never completed repairs as agreed. Didn't complete the outstanding maintenance that was recorded on the pre-inspection. Staff are rude - especially the Director woman. Increased the rent every time they legally could without improving the property. Wouldn't fix the shared drive that is filled with pot holes. Didn't gain prior consent for new tenant viewings (as required by law). Tried to with-hold our bond and rent in advance when we left, but the tribunal process got that back for us. If I could give this review negative stars I would.Truly the worst renting experience I have ever had - glad to be a home owner to never have to go through this again

It was a really awful experience dealing with Rental Results. On a practical level communication was always very bad. Emails were usually not responded to for weeks, in spite of numerous reminders. Simple maintenance issues were ignored and rude dissmissals issued when these were asked about. I had to endure taking them to two Tenancy Tribunal hearings at which I was insulted and slandered by the 'Director', who, apart from issuing outright lies, kept talking rudely across the judge. This resulted in the tribunal needing to adjourn for a second hearing because of the epic time-wasting caused by the Director's prevarication over what was a simple maintenance issue.In general the agency is characterised by very a high degree of incompetence and ineptness.The 'Director' was particularly unpleasant to have to deal with. She routinely prevaricated about any issue on an epic scale rather than deal with it and she often resorted to unpleasant bullyng tactics.I notice that other reviews which point out similar things have been responded to with long rambling responses from the Director which attempt to self-justify. Let's see if she does the same here. I recommend avoiding Rental Results.

Rental Results held a seminar on doing inspections of your rental properties. It was extremely knowledgeable and gave us an insight into how they worked as a team.I have been to a couple of seminars that Jackie has taken and am impressed with how much knowledge she has regarding propertymanagement and the ha ndling of tenants owners and suppers and that is why I have given a 5 star review. If I was looking for a Property Manager I wouldn't go past Rental Results.

Work orders are clear, accurately followed up and our invoices are paid by the due dates. They look very well after the properties they manage and their tenants. From the perspective of a tenant, Rental Results were excellent. Their service was always prompt and responded well to my needs. They were also particularly helpful when it came time to move on from the property we were renting; they even extended the lease for a short time in order to assist us in finding our new home. Thanks a lot, Rental Results.

I applied for a place in the terrace on 27-feb-18 and they did not give any feedback as to whether I got the place or not. I then reapplied advised by the property manager on 19th march 2018 because I initially said I wanted to change the washing machine and took that out. They still gave me no response. I later called them at the end of march and asked if they had any applicants and they said 'No'. Basically the property manager is really lazy and does not give any response. I would be happy with a no if they were not interested rather than a no response. I later withdrew from the application with which the property manager did not seem to care at all. I currently have a place to live so that is fine, but I feel sorry for the property owner as he/she lost potential rent as the place has been vacant for atleast 8 weeks or more because the property manager did not respond to applicants. Please work on your communication.

Very happy with the service from Rental Results. It felt like we were always looked after throughout the duration of our tenancy, and the management team were always prompt to respond to any issues. Would definitely use them again if we are looking for another property to rent in Wellington.

The worst property management company I ever dealt with. They reply on email if it is in their interest otherwise forget about getting response from them. They do not hegitate to bully and advise not to see the tribunal for issues. Issues are keep on pending for so long. If you email multiple time, they stop responding to your emails also.WILL NOT SUGGEST THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TO ANYONE. WORST EXPERIENCE.

I have used Rental Results for around 5 years and have been really happy with their service.Their inspections have been regular and have really good admin processes. They have really thorough tenant selection and will only select tenants they are personally happy with. They have gone the extra mile to ensure I had good tenants.They have been able to achieve good rental increases for me that I wouldn't have done if I was managing my own properties.I highly recommend them.
