Terrible service. Told them where I was (out of CHCH) and how much for the car. Guy turned up 3 days late, tried to offer $200 for the car as he had to drive a long way to get it. Told him what I'd agreed with his boss, then he just got in his truck and left. Shocker. Avoid these guys. I'd give half a star if I could.

This place was fantastic to deal with they quickly sourced the part we desperately needed within half an hour, stayed open late for us to get there and then their staff helped us fit the part in the absolute pouring rain on a Saturday no less for a reasonably cheap price would highly recommend based on this experience.

I went to Quality parts ltd because I needed a new tail light for my car. I met a couple of guys called Steve, who not only found new lights for me, but also put them in, thankfully, because I am no good at those kind of things. They did it at are a reasonable price and had a friendly nature

RUDE NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE PLENTY OF OTHER OPTIONS. Agreed to a price. Went to pick up the vehicle and tried to offer my girlfriend $50 for it. Was very rude and eventually she agreed to $100 (minimum they advertise is $160) just so she could get them away from her. When I called them to sort out what happened they were lying and rude to me.

Blown away by the service. Bought a replacement door that wouldn’t fit in car. Guys went out of their way when they saw me struggling and secured it in boot with bungee cord and floor mats. Will be back again for sure

I ordered parts for my car and emailed them photos of what I needed. I ordered the parts on Monday and told them I needed by Friday. They didn't arrive on Friday. I had to collect from the courier depot on Monday. One of the parts was damaged and incorrect. Took 5 weeks to get refunded for the damaged part. Not very good service.
