Posture Improvement classes
I cannot recommend these classes enough. They are gentle and easy to follow and yet you can experience transformation by the end of each class. They have been life-changing for me since I began 8 years ago. With old injuries from nursing and horse accidents I had become afraid of being hurt if I tried to extend my range of movement and increase my fitness. These classes have undone old patterns and tensions, and rewired my brain for a new confidence in my body's ability to adapt.

Doing Feldenkrais sessions regularly has made me more comfortable. Moving and resting has become easier, so I'm not stiffening up as I get older. Sue's a really good, consistent trainer.

I would like to share my experience from doing feldinkrise. I have been doing Sue's classes for a while now, and would surely miss them, if I couldn't.I'm feeling less pain, and more flexibility, and , can also walk a long way , without stiffness or pain. The exercises are so relaxing, and you feel the difference after a class.Thankis sue, for everything.

I wanted to add my endorsement for Sue. She has an incredible feel for the Feldenkrais method, and in particular the need to approach movement in a very slow, nuanced, sense led way, in order to feel and understand the possibilities of movement. I think with the Feldenkrais method you have nothing to lose and everything to gain (if you can open yourself to it).

I've been going to Sue's classes for many years now but sadly no longer in the same city. Luckily I can still attend an online class after work.The classes help me with freeing up parts of my body that get locked up from office work, being hunched over a keyboard, and with general mobility problems.
