Gave them 2 opportunities to help us with a shoe purchase for my son. Both times they came back saying they didn't have his size. Handed back the shoe and walked off. 2 attendants, same result. Poor effort. Went down to Hype DC and the difference was amazing. Acknowledged us, apologized and said they'd be with us soon, attentive service, so we spent our $160 bucks with them. I Wish there could be 0 star for them such a bad experience had bought the shoes but size won’t fit (wrong size )returned them and asked for refund they said they can’t give refund as its against the policy , manager gave me a gift card which is of no use to me as I explained him that i’m going overseas next month waste of money and such of my quality time its 160 bucks and there’s not such good collection as well so far in their store.

Hey peepsYou guys are amazing but one girl who bothered not talking to any of us. She didn't even ask for any help well we were clearly looking for help. Pls retrain her and show her how customer service is so so important especially in retail stores. Otherwise love your collection and always shop.

Always get served with great service here and i enjoy it. Slightly smalled than other branches ive visited but can mostly find what id like sometimes . Great customer service
