Employee at this location was extremely rude with unnecessary comments. Comments such as Better off next time..." and "...we're 5 minutes to close" and a negative demeanour that followed because they rather not want to setup a customer for success while the business is still open is disappointing. No person should be treated like their journey to the business was not made with effort. I don't wish the employee unwell

Give this lovely lady Marilyn a 5 stars she came outside to check my car and fitted both of my headlights as I went first to the help desk service for a unhelpful men there and he doesn’t want to fitted my headlight. He was blah blah but I said in Wellington Super cheap autos they are very helpful and can do anything for us when we go there.

All cool if you go in store but terrible if you call up as just asked to wait and then left on hold for 20 mins and called them back and the same thing happened...
