(5 star service Indian lady with lovely smile) 0 stars to management if I could because of the fact you let her work alone on a Saturday? Disgusting… nobody should be left to work alone let alone in henderson, get her a body gaurd asap or a more staff you probably pay ur workers trash as well. Bomb sandwich tho give her a payrise.

Over priced and don't always have ingredients or all the bread options bit of a rip off don't recommend going to this subway might as well go make ur own sandwich at home don't waste your money here

As a life long customer of subway, I've been appalled by the service and practice at this branch. Having higher prices to other branches is simply not what Subway is about, nor is it in the NewZealand/West Side spirit. I hope you learn and do better. #meatball #doublemeat

In 16 July 2023 tiny girl with big lashes made 6inch subway looks completely empty bread. To much attitude. When I requested please pack in a bag. She said take bag from reception and put it your self. Don't know who hired her atleast give her training how to make subway. Empty bread doesn't cost $11.90.Definitely won't be back and not recommend to others.

Such RUDE service in this placeSandwich made with nearly none of any filling I requested pathetic amount of sauces I asked for.I love Subway & I come to this one out of convenience is so close to where I stay but it has to be The Worst Subway in all of AucklandWe are Never to return again.
