Nice to have your own hot room for hot pot.The induction cook top could be stronger, but overall not too bad.The fried fish skin with salted egg yolk was a great snack.Their Claypot rice was tasty, but not cooked in the Claypot, at least it didn't have the sizzling walls to give that classic crust.Odd that they didn't serve chinese tea, but gave a pot of warm water.

Went there as a group of 8, got a room to ourselves. They provide aprons with a cute pocket for your phone. The spicy seafood soup base was really rich, umami, and not salty at all. Coconut water based chicken pot was sweet and full of flavour, need to add a bit of salt if you don't prefer a sweet soup for meat though.The ingredients came with the pots themselves is already quite a lot (especially meat), so wouldn't recommend ordering too much extra.The salted egg fish skin is really fresh, definitely recommend. Clay pot rice is really good, best was the one with pork and sausage. The clay pot rice with salted fish is good too but ummm just be careful you might bite on a huge chunk of salted fish, super fragrant though, definitely enjoyed it.

Nice and comfortable seating. Good hotpot broth, fresh seafood, one of the better spots for hotpot in Auckland. I think the portion of the food is a bit small for the price you pay. The fried fish skin was good.It’s hard to park on the main road, but if you go on railway street there will be more parking.

As a first time visit, I did not know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. Nice private booths and private rooms lined the sides. Simple design but effective. Menu was attractive with many dishes on display. Average and up pricing but the dishes are worth it. I had the seafood hotplate see pictures. They have a separate area where you go and get spices and oils etc. Overall came out satisfied and full.

Food is great and tasty. Price is fair and good amount lf serving. Service is prompt and excellent. Each tables has its own dividers for privacy. Clean environment and nice ambience. We got a free dessert too.

Ordered the coconut chicken pot and it was yummy! The condiments were overpriced though. I felt the chicken would have been better without the sauces anyways. The restaurant served some free desert for us at the end which was very nice.

I had a fantastic experience at a seafood hot pot restaurant in A bite of Guang Zhou. The flavors were amazing, especially the fresh seafood selection. The service was attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!

I would like to give them a 5 stars review for my first experience yesterday.I've been thinking to come ever since it opened, as I used to enjoy the pot at their old venue.The new one is with more modern design concepts, and the private dining rooms are perfectly for gathering.Foods are freshly provided to you, the spirit of the Cantonese style hotpot is the soup and they definitely make good soup.I enjoyed the dinner a lot having a great time with friends. Will come back again for sure.
