Absolutely fantastic!!!We had an amazing day with these great Moustache ebikes. Rented at town, then made it all the way along the lakeside to Jack's Point and later dropped the bikes at the Hilton store. We took water taxi on the way back. Excellent package offers as well! You won't go back on your regular bike after you try this. Thank you Chargeabout team! :)

I am not much of a reviewer, due to being often short of both time and motivation (reason), but my recent experience with ChargeAbout Queenstown deserves to be shared. My partner and I were looking to buy two top end e-MTBs and had started our research, both online and by visiting the several bike shops in Queenstown. I had read about Moustache bikes and was aware they polled favourably but didn't know too much about them. Until we visited ChargeAbout and met Zac (sp?). He took our experience of service to the next level. Although we were looking at high end bikes we are both fairly new to the activity and I'm sure Zac recognised that and perhaps wondered...?! But his enthusiasm, patience and the thoroughness with which he answered our myriad questions was faultless. Eventually he said we needed to try them and the next day sent us off on an adventure with two beautiful bikes to try. We were pretty much sold on the bikes and utterly amazed by the way in which we were treated. We continued researching over the next week but, to be honest, were sold on our ChargeAbout / Moustache experience and bought two Game models. We haven't had them long but already they are giving so much enjoyment. They are incredible bikes and in my experience we are starting to experience all the positive reviews about them we read online. Thank you for all your help, information and patience Zac. 9 months ago I purchased a Moustache X Trail Electric Bike through ChargeAbout Queenstown.It is the best bike one could ever own!! On Sunday after we had a great ride round near-by hills I put my Moustache bike onto my double Thule Bike Rack, I loosely secured the lever to the frame, then very tightly secured the wheels——forgetting to tighten & lock the frame lever. On looking through rear vision——no bike to be seen——on stopping——shocked to discover——bike had been dragged along road.On Monday I phoned ChargeAbout Queenstown and was most impressed with their reassurance that replacement handlebar, gear lever, brake lever, rear vision mirror and luggage bag could be fitted straight away. On Tuesday I travelled 300 km to Frankton with Moustache bike looking very sad. On Wednesday the bike parts were replaced and bike checked over and ready for pick up.I thoroughly recommend ChargeAbout Queenstown Staff for Sales, Service and knowledge——particularly with the Moustache Range(very highly rated by Consumer Magazine 2019).Eleanore Ryan

We have bought 3 Moustaches from Charge About Queenstown over the years and have always had fast and fantastic service from Campbell and his team. So when we came to Queenstown for a holiday, we just had to hire Moustaches for a days outing to Jacks Point. The bikes chosen were perfect for our individual needs ( they handled standard and rough windy gravel road equally) and we had such a memorable and fantastic adventure. I recently had family over from Holland and they wanted to experience some of our trails on an e-bike.Got in touch with ChargeAbout Queenstown who supplied us with 5 of the latest Moustache bikes. We had a fantastic experience biking around Kelvin Heights and beyond.The team at ChargeAbout were very helpful and accomodated our needs perfectly.I would recommend this company to hire an e-bike and I will probably be going back there to purchase one for myself in the near future

Would 100% recommend this company. Staff were super helpful and friendly. We brought our bikes back an hour late and they did not charge us for any extra. The bikes are excellent quality and they worked brilliantly.I loved this experience so much, we will definitely be back. I am hooked on ebikes! The trails are amazing. The most beautiful scenery in NZ!
