Dr Laloo is a rare gem among Christchurch doctors. I wholeheartedly recommend her to people who are used to medical care provided by highly professional doctors who have extensive medical knowledge combined with many years of experience. Dr Laloo’s surgery is equipped with both ultrasound and a gynecological chair - she can diagnose patients during their visits based on a thorough medical examination, which is a European standard I truly missed in NZ. She is a doctor who does not blindly follow procedures but uses her expertise to think outside the box, if needed. Because of all the above, Dr Laloo builds trust with her patients and you feel that you are in good hands. A cherry on the top is her warm personality and ability to see people, not patients or cases. She is polite in a way that does not involve distance and vagueness. During consultations, you can speak your mind and you do not need to read between lines when you listen to her explanations. She’s the whole package, and I am happy to have met her.

Due to constant delays and feeling dismissed by my previous ‘private’ surgeon I ended up very anxiously transferring care over to Fem health. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr Krishna Lalloo and her incredibly helpful team. She was easy to communicate with, efficient in her work and quick to make things happen.Not only was her medical expertise outstanding using top of the line equipment, but she also took a holistic approach to my care. She always made me feel heard and never assumed anything, made me feel comfortable and even held my hand while in theatre. I had a incredibly speedy recovery! I can’t thank her and her team enough for the experience! My daughter (17) and I had the best experience with Femhealth. Everyone was so friendly and very attentive to my daughters needs. Going that extra mile as I don’t live in Canterbury. I cannot fault my experience at Femhealth when having my laparoscopic hysterectomy. Jeet, the practice manager and Tara, the receptionist/administrator, were both very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable and relaxed whenever I spoke with Dr Lalloo. She went out of her way to explain things clearly, and she was always honest and transparent. Dr Lalloo seems like a very competent and caring person and I felt I was in safe hands with her as my surgeon. My surgery went well, and I already feel better than I did prior to the procedure, even though I have much healing to do (16 days post surgery). I feel very fortunate to have had the help of Femhealth for my problem.

Krishna and the team are incredible, professional and so lovely.I found Krishna through google and went to her after spending hundreds at another doctors office. I was in excruciating pain to the point where some days I couldn’t/struggled to walk. My doctors were trying to diagnose me with a serious condition. Within 15 minutes of my appointment Krishna knew exactly what my problem was and how to fix it. She did a minor procedure, fixed everything and Im no longer in pain.Incredibly happy and relieved. Definitely worth the money and couldn’t recommend her and the team enough!

Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. The whole team was very helpful and kind from Sarah, the receptionist, Jeet, the Practice Manager and most specially Dr. Krishna Lalloo. Dr. Krishna is incredible and very professional. She took her time to explain my condition with me as well as my treatment options. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. She even replies to my emails on weekends or non office hours specially after my surgery. Also, I had an issue with my insurance provider, Dr. Krishna and her team took care of it. They are very understanding and flexible with my request. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming Dr. Krishna's patient. I assure you that you will be in safe hands.

Dr. Lalloo is such a beautiful soul with a gem of a heart for her patients. She is thorough and kind and gentle. She pays careful attention to what you say and comes up with a plan of action for treatment. She is honest and geniune and I can't recommend her enough.
