Dx Mail

Dx mailman put 2 letters on my letterbox not addressed to me. I phoned the company and was assured he would be sent back to take them from my letterbox and deliver to correct addresses. A week later, they're still sitting there. I rang again 2 days ago explaining the issue again. That was 4 days ago. Letters are still there. DX mail does not even deserve the one star I gave it

Ok, slow to respond and not that helpful.

Upon reading the last reviewers comment i have a similar issue.Our letterbox clearly has number 13 on it and we are a standalone site with no.11 and no.15 our neighbours.We are constantly getting mail for 13 B which clearly does not exist.

I guess they do ok coffee, though the pastries tasted like cardboard.

I live at 13 A Arawhata Street Ranui, Porirua City. On our section are letter boxes marked clearly 13 A and 13 B. No 13 is a single house alone on a section next door.NZ Post manages to deliver the mail to the correct addresses. A man on a motorised bike keeps putting mail sent via your service in my latter box .I have tried many times to try and intercept him but so far he has driven away very quickly . Today 2 February 2015 he has done it again. I haven't minded delivering Mr Campbell's mail to the correct box but realize this man needs to learn be careful of the boxes he puts mail in. I sometimes go away on holiday and if mail which is sent via your service could sit there for weeks. The letterboxes on our section are matching boxes which only be opened with a key.I would be very grateful if some in your office could speak to this mailman of my concerns regardingdelivering of mail.Thank you
