Very bed customer service, if your item have some fault they will play the customer around . Using more then one year and still not resolve your problem.

The store was nothing like the google pictures for this place. No bedroom furniture. The store was sparse.Walked in out of the rain to see two women behind the counter who proceeded to ignore me and my 16month old. They were doing nothing.The shop seemed to have a play area setup but it's around all the items for sale. There was also a large mirror learning against the wall that posed a danger to my child. This meant I couldn't actually use the toys as a distraction while trying to look around even this tiny shop.The assistants offered no help what so ever. After a few minutes I had to leave without being able to browse. Again they didn't even say goodbye.Staff are not even displaying standard customer service behaviour. For a store that is trying to sell items for kids, you would think the place would not have a substantial hazard right next to the toys.The store also had hardly any clothing. There was about 1 to 2 items of each piece. So good luck finding something you actually like in a size that fits. Also incredibly over priced.I don't recommend going to this store.

Is this store even open and operating? I made an online purchase on 29th April 2023 and have tried to call and email but no response.
