Dr Helen has been extremely helpful over the years with getting to the source of any problem and providing natural and effective remedies. With living a very busy life the solutions Dr Helen has provided has enabled me to be able to handle stressfar more easily and maintain high energy.

Dr Helen is awesome. After I saw her she helped me handle my slow thyroid and low iron. She suggested the correct diet and supplements which got me back on track to a healthy lifestyle after I had my two children. Now my thyroid is functioning normally and iron levels are better. And all as a result I have way more energy.

I don’t believe in “one size fits all” especially because everyone IS different, I appreciate a customised approach to improve and support wellbeing and health. Thanks dr Helen for adding more of this way of being into our lives.

Both my daughter and I are current patients of 6 months duration. Dr Helen Smith has had a hugely positive impact on both of us health wise. She has an excellent manner, is very kind, listens well, takes everything you already know/have done on board and is very supportive of your suggestions. She is very knowledgeable, always with a variety of possible actions, and explains her recommendations very well including why any suggestions/research you have done isn't suitable for you (if that is the case). Highly recommended to all.

I have been a patient of Doctor Helen's for many years. She has been very helpful to me in any health issues I have experienced. I had bad insomnia some years ago and with Doctor Helen's help I was able to get over this. I definitely recommend Doctor Helen for help with health issues or health problems.

Extremely disappointing service. After an initial appointment that involved 15 mins of info gathering at a cost of $120 I was then sent for blood tests. I was told I would be contacted on the Tuesday following my Thursday tests. After not hearing anything for a few days I sent an email asking about my results. No reply. About 5 emails were sent over the next 3 weeks and several phone calls were made to which none were answered - the phone just rang through to voicemail. I once got an email from the office assistant saying she would pass on my message to Dr Helen - yet still I heard nothing. I left several voice messages to which none were returned - not even to acknowledge my contact. Over a month since my blood tests I finally received my results following my most recent email requesting a refund of my appointment. I was told that a script had been ordered for me and to reply to the email with any questions. I replied with questions about which supplements to obtain and received no reply back nor did I hear anything further about my script. I was so pleased when I came across this centre as what I had read on the website was exactly what I had been looking for for some time and similar to the medical practioner I had been seeing in Sydney. Though i have left very disappointed and will not return.

I have struggled with severe eczema for over 25 years. I tried every diet and treatment available and nothing helped. I have been seeing Dr Helen for just over 6 months and the progress has been phenomenal and steady. She has a scientific approach to the diagnosis and takes natural and gentle treatment options. I feel better than I have for many years and look forward to the future rather than wishing my life away so that I could just stop itching. Thank you Dr Helen.
