Efficient enough service, however the “multi queue” system is quite confusing for some users and the wait time appears excessive. Counter staff were really pleasant.

Friendly reception staff, and very efficient WOF carried out. Arrived at opening time so only one person ahead of me in queue. The guy who came and got my keys and took my car in was not friendly at all, would go as far as to say he was rude, took my keys without a hello or a thank you, looked very annoyed about something. Will assume he just doesn’t like mornings or something and won’t mark down for his actions.

Absolutely gr8 service from the mechanics getting a WOF for my trailer went above and beyond to help me out. Also great customer service. Will definitely go back there.

The office staff are fantastic. Can't say the same for one of the WoF inspectors. He was one of the most grumpiest person I have met. Absolutely 0 customer service and stink attitude towards everyone including office staff. I know because I heard the way he talks to them as well. Ironically there were other customers who said the same to me about him. The office knows who he is!

I really liked their service. This was my first visit to any VTNZ and my experience was good. I went there to change the ownership of car I purchased to my name, and I was done within 10 minutes. Thanks.

To the point but regardless if you(or myself for that matter) get a service for your wof they'll still find a fault with it.Changed headlight to a brand new one and nah, now it's brighter than the other one

Nice guys, was quick to have the admin sorted so I could do my test. Real easy process. I thought they lost my license but actually I did oops! Recommend going here A+ service

The person doing the WOF was extremely rude (the man with a shaved mowhawk). When I arrived I got told by reception that all I needed to do to leave my car in line which was fine (I was at the front), and I went for a 10 min walk around the block after being told it would take 20 mins.Once I got back I sat in the waiting area outside reception and the WOF guy came storming over to me and looked at me up and down frowning like I was a piece of trash and yelled for me to pay for my WOF as if I was trying to rip them off or something (even though they had my car and I was told to just wait by reception??) which was upsetting, confusing and unnecessary.So I said OF COURSE I’m going to pay and I paid straight away then sat back down outside to continue waiting. A few mins later I was told my car was ready and then it was very awkward and I left.Made me very uncomfortable and didn’t appreciate how I was being treated by the WOF staff at all. Won’t be going back or recommending.

The woman at reception this morning shouldn't be dealing with people. She is unfriendly, unhelpful in general when asked any question which is HER JOB. Witnessed her being rude to the two people in front of me this morning, then she also gave me short answers and I could barely hear a thing she was saying - she just mutters quietly and doesn't even lift her head when talking to anyone.Very strange and frustrating to deal with.
