These people are friendly and very helpful, I can just for something and they will take straight to the shelf or if they don't have any they will order it in. If it is not an item they stock or sell, they wil give me 2 or 3 options as to where I could get it from, even from the opposition. Brilliant !

Went in this morning. Nice new flash store. 3 store guys on deck. All behind the counter. I was the only person in the store. Yep no offer to help me. And gosh I really didn't want to interrupt their bonding time.

Amazing service. I needed a life jacket for a 3 year old and got very knowledgeable service and no pressure. The best part was a junior team member saying, 'I'll pass you on to someone more experienced and watch and learn'. Actually.. the best part was the conversation, great laughs!
