Vincent at Grange Motor Company was fantastic to deal with. We purchased a Nissan Leaf just after the EV subsidy was released. He didn't bump the price up after the subsidy was announced like most other dealers around the country. We got a top quality car at a great price. I would highly recommend him and his company for your next car purchase.

Salesperson co-erced me to pay a deposit in order to view a vehicle I was keen on. Later told me the deposit was to purchase, not to view. Stole $5000 from me. The owner is incredibly childish with his responses. Look forward to having the claim heard to Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal. Google MVDT decisions and put in Grange Motor. The amount of poor conduct from this dealer is eye opening.

Slight high k, but been ex lease vehicle, everything all good. Good customer service, nice and easy to deal with. The only thing I dislike about is the old building, facility is not great. Other than that, I am quite happy with GMC.

Very disappointing experience. Travelled from Napier to purchase vehicle after seen on trade me -.arrived at 10.30am. Car was not even ready for sale. Had not been valeted no registration and took 3 hours to get two tyres for warrant. Finally left their yard 5 hours later. A mistake with the price and was 1k dearer than first told - gave no discount. Would not recommend.

If you know your car, you will avoid buying it from here. These people knows Only how to sell cars Eg. The company’s Manager who acts as though he is a subject matter expert, knows nothing about owning them. Eg. Teslas. As with any cars, Please do your diligence on the car itself(as in check with the actual manufacturers), before you invest a part of your life saving or in fact your time. These people don’t care about cars or you, just their pockets. In short, buy your car from a reputable sellers who is Transparent! Unfortunately, for this company, they are NOT transparent.

Firstly not part of the MTA like their ads lead to belive.Bought a car off these guys, engine light turned on 29 days after purchase. Took weeks to sort out. We have owned it for 27 weeks and have driven it for 13.Trying to regect the car and wont refund us the money untill the new falt is fixed.

Vincent's pricing is a joke! My advice to you - if you want to buy a Tesla from him, DO NOT RUSH. once he finds out you are very keen on one of his cars, he won't give you a cent of discount (but wait and see he drops the price more than 20k within 8 weeks lol). I have been watching his listings for the past 6 months. He lists model S for 84k, after a month drops it to $79,990 and then after one more month to $64k and then to $59k. He only uses 2 dirty old tricks that all dirty dealers use. 1- Car is getting lots of attentions/buyers have lined up already (it means give me your cash cause the car might not be here tomorrow lol). 2- I am loosing money on this one. I almost fall for his tricks and was going to pay $70k for a car that he dropped the price 3 times after I didn't buy it. The exact car is currently sitting in his yard for $59k haha. One more advice to you - make sure you check the VIN of the car online for true manufacturing date. He is currently selling Model X 2017 car as a 2018. I am glad that I took my hard earned cash to another (honest) dealer. I didn't want to leave a negative review but I met couple of other guys in the tesla club that they had similar experience so I thought Vincent really deserves a negative review out of 3 unhappy customers.

I bought a car from this place an Audi Q5. Its a wonderful car and drives really well. There was a slight issue of leakage from windscreen which was resolved promptly by the owner. The car droves like new. Thanks to Grange Motor Company.

Not That happy.I brought a LWB Ford transit van from these guys over the phone from the south island.The Vehicle had a new WOF the day before pickup. On pick up of the Van there was a stone chip right in the center of drivers view and also two LED marker lights missing on one side. I had the van re checked at a different WOF place before my trip down south and they said they should not of issued the WOF.they also found I had no spear tire (This was also ticked on WOF). The sales man knew I was driving back down to the South Island so I think it was very poor of them letting me go knowing there was no spear tire.I wold point out that they did take off around $900 at the start of sale to make sale happen which was nice of them.I emailed the agent about the spear tire but never got a reply. I had to get a new rim and tire at a cost of $240Just make sure you check over the entire vehicle before you buy from them
