Great service today from the man behind the counter (17th of April 2023 5.30pm) at the riccarton mall. Kids were so happy, it made their day! Very friendly and welcoming. Thanks again!

A pop culture fans dream! Lots of cool goodies at reasonable prices. Even though you might think the store itself is much smaller than the original Papanui one there is still such an extensive range of stuff and you are sure to find what you're looking for. Great atmosphere in store. The staff are super friendly and helpful. You can tell that they love what they do and genuinely enjoy their day and talking with customers. Especially the young man, I believe his name is Luca, his bubbly and joyful personality is fantastic! Whether you're looking to buy a gift for a friend, family member or yourself, Pop Stop is definitely the place to start.

Amazing service at this shop! We were welcomed by all staff and then had all my son's questions answered (there were a few!) And we came out with what we needed. After opening up some pokemon cards he was so excited about what he got he asked to go back and show them. They greeted him again and were so excited for him. Honestly made his day! We will be back for sure!

This is my local I visit quite regularly, and I would have given a 5 rating. But my visits lately are to new staff whom I'm guessing are still in training stages. The previous staff who have now moved onto other parts of their journey were absolutely fantastic. The new staff, I felt like I had to explain to them about certain products I was asking about and getting a full talk on something I wasn't interested in. Hopefully things get better in time. This won't dishearten me coming along as I absolutely love seeing new product arrivals.
