went into the store today with a keen interest to look at doors.The lady at reception was extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with.Unhelpful and not bothered to help or show me any of the doors.I would not bother using them with such a poor impression.

Am reviewing on behalf of my parents... They also experienced extremely rude service as per the other reviews. Please read on but my advice is to use a smaller manufacturer - support small business and I suspect you will get a better service, better price and better result.Vantage Doors built the door for one of my parents new builds and they were advised by the security expert on what keyless lock system they were to use. Vantage Doors decided that that particular system wouldnt work with the door design and 'upselled' my parents to a much more expensive gig saying it was their only option. This more expensive gig has left them with a door that...1. Unlocks itself during a power cut (this was NEVER communicated). So to be 'secure' you have to use the key as well which has resulted in a multi operational entry (keypad and key) which kind of defeats the purpose of a keyless entry.2. A door with the locking system located at the very TOP of the door so with the laws of physics as you can imagine - you can fit a leg/small person through the bottom of the door while it is 'locked'.Upon installation the Vantage door installers admitted that they shouldve stuck with the original suggestion by our security expert as the door doesn't function as it should. As soon as they realised that they became uncontactable and weren't interested in fixing their mistake.They have installed the most pathetic dysfunctional front door I have ever experienced and all of the tradesman etc on site have said it is literally the worst door they have ever come across for functionality.My suggestion... go anywhere else.

I spoke to Phillip at Vantage Aluminium about one exterior door I wanted to replace at my house. I showed him a photo of the existing door, gave him all specs, we discussed a suitable replacement door that Vantage would provide. I took a photo of this door & asked him to give me an idea of price, he said approx $1300. I received a written quote about 1 week later for $3256.When I discussed this price discrepancy with him he said that I was at fault and I must have misunderstood him. I was prepared to pay more than $1300 but not over double the price. I dispute that I misunderstood, I gave Phillip all the information he needed for him to give me an honest & accurate verbal quote.I am left to question whether there is any integrity left in this industry or with this particular company.

Fantastic company, easy to deal with. They pumped out over 500 windows during 2020 for just my sites. Mistakes were few and fair between and handled well. They have the true nature of a high calibre company. And the performance to boot. Sean is fantastic to deal with. i would definitely use and recommend them for up coming jobs in the future.

One of the most disappointing companies I have ever worked with, great product but the people are rude and have no concept of customer service, they act as if you are an inconvenience to them even though our order was of a decent size. They take on average almost two weeks to ring or email back each time and even then they don't seem like they can be bothered.Small issues on site but it took them over three months and multiple trips to remedy. Do yourself a favour and never use these guys, it's simply not worth the hassle.

Good product, poor service. Vantage Windows supplied all the joinery in our house (windows and doors) in 2013. However upon approaching them a few weeks ago to service one of the doors, they said it was not under warranty, and said it will be a chargeable call. This was fine and we agreed that I would pay a chargeable fee. However they then proceed to send me a text message refusing to do the job and instead directing me to a local maintenance person to do the job. This is very unprofessional and I will not be using this company in the future.

Excellent and friendly service right from the start. Aaron and Sean were incredible to deal with and made it all so easy having never been in a position of buying windows or doors before. Absolutely love the result and quality products. Would highly recommend and will definitely be looking at using them again for future window purchases.

We recently had Paul Bayer and his team measure and manufacture our new doors and windows. The end result is exceptional and we are delighted. The customer service was amazing from start to finish, and the final product very good quality. Couldn't fault them. Made a complicated job very easy. Much appreciated. Thanks guys!

We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Paul Bayer and his team. We had all of our old wooden joinery replaced with beautiful new aluminium windows and doors. A big job but it was made easy from start to finish with great co-ordination by Paul's team. We couldn't be more delighted with our windows and would highly recommend Vantage North Shore. We have used Vantage four times in the last 15 years for our joinery for different projects.They have great products that look good and work as well today as they did when installed.
