Today I was served by Shannon and what a great asset to your company. I went a couple of days before and took some photos of what I would like to purchase and she was so obliging. So today I went back and purchased them. She was so obliging at what to recommend me to use to look after them. Such brilliant service.

Shout out to the staff who gave excellent customer service today when I went in to buy some shoes for an upcoming event. So helpful and even ordered a pair in for me and they will be delivered directly to my house. 10/10

I had an issue to do with a manufacturers fault. The company was great to deal with during this process, and there solution was fair and reasonable. It's nice to see a company that stands by there product.

I had the very best service from Will in the Dunedin shop a week ago. He was very helpful. He went and got advise on improving the shoe fit and came back with a great description of what to do. Will had a great manner and was very accommodating to my indecision. It is great to go to a shop where young people are providing such excellent customer service. Top marks Will.
