Lazy delivery system !!!!! They after reversing the excavator transporter 100m of 500m the crew decided to unload a 15-20 ton excavator and track it down the 400m of concrete driveway/ROW, leaving transporter truck blocking the ROW just so the many residents could not return to their homes. And to add insult to injury they tracked the excavator back up the ROW scarring it doubly on the way out on job completion. Months later we have a reminder, TRACK MARKS on the ROW, of their stupidity !!!!!
