Fantastic customer service. I bought my 68 Falcon yesterday after looking for a beginner/intermediate board online. The young woman in the shop was extremely helpful and supportive in answering my questions around boards and surfing. Friendly and easy to talk to. Gave me good advice on how to pop fins out. Stoked with my new board can't wait to take it out. Thankyou once again!."

What an excellent store with amazing customer service. I've been in a handful of times over the last couple months and found 'Niwa' whom I believe is the store manager, particularly welcoming and knowledgeable on surfing and surf gear.

Extremely helpful staff. It was my first time buying a wet suit. Siobhan showed me a few options and I left feeling satisfied and excited to swim in the ocean. Definitely will return again.

I can’t say enough good things about the legend Chance that works here. I’m super OCD and very fussy and he was very accommodating and gave me his full attention and was also very knowledgeable about the products they sell. He was happy to lay out all the fins and explain every little detail about them. In fact he was so good at his job then I ended up walking out with everything for a new board set up. Would highly recommend him and this store to anyone looking for a top notch experience as they go above and beyond to make you feel right at home!!

Went in on the weekend looking for a new suit. Thought I knew what I was looking for but turns out the knowledgeable staff showed me up! He taught me a better understanding of neoprene and design of the suits. The young Maori fellow ended up selling me a suit I never would have bought. So far, I am loving it!! Thank you! Will definitely go back thanks to that young man. 10/10!

Got my first cruiser board today (which they were happy to put aside for us to come look at which is awesome) and I wasn't sure about how I would go but the girls working helped me out heaps and gave me some confidence to try it out and I can happily say it's something I already really enjoy. They were super attentive and were super funny and cool and we had a really nice time browsing the shop. Will be back for all my board needs!
