Yet another outstanding coffee culture experience! All of the coffee culture cafes in Ōtautahi Christchurch are pretty but I think this one has the best decor in town. I especially loved the plaques on the wall by the booths with cool doodles and information/stories about all sorts like reusable cups and mental health awareness fundraising etc. Nice and sunny with being on the corner with lots of windows too. It was bustling with customers when we visited but we still managed to grab a booth and didn't have to wait long for our drinks. Customer service was friendly and efficient. Drinks were hot and tasty. Didn't try the cabinet food this time but there was an abundance of tasty looking food on offer. Highly recommend for your coffee and/or treat fix.

Minimalist design. Very cosy. Good to hangout or have some meeting. Coffee is alright. I tried the pics peanut butter cup. That’s really good 10/10 if you are PB fan

I had breakfast there last Saturday morning. The service was great. I ordered the flat bread and it tasted hard like it had been in the microwave too long. Hot chocolate was yummy.

We visited on Friday as part of fluffy friday date with my three year old. We found the 25min wait for cabinet food and drinks really hard. He was very happy with the fluffy with lollies. My long black had a glob of chocolate in the bottom of the cup- not sure if that was intentional or not.

For a big chain, you would think everything would be on par with other Coffee Cultures. This is not so with this one. Staff were friendly enough, and the service was just ok, as was the coffee/tea.Really disappointed with the cleanness of this place. I understand that when it is busy, it is hard to stay on top of things. When you have multiple staff working, there should be a system to ensure that someone is at least cleaning tables and clearing them. When we arrived, it was a mess. Also, some parts of the café had not seen a broom or mop for some time. Do not serve customers chipped cups or tea pots. It is unsafe and unhygienic. Unless the standard of cleanness improves, I will not be returning there.

We had brunch here. It was very busy when we visited this place obviously because it was lunch time. We ordered a couple of things which had ‘Avocado’ in it, they said that they didn’t have Avocado or they had run out of it. Not their fault though. We ordered something else. The food was good, will try again to taste some other food options.

One off the worst experience ever, I ordered a coffee and a muffin and noticed the muffin had a hair on it I showed this to the front staff asked for a replacement.The staff didn’t look happy, however they told they would replace it but in the end I was provided the same muffin with the hair removed and it was heated like a hot cake.Poor customer service and will never be going back there.

Most of the time this place is pretty good. But today the service was pretty poor. When we came in an older member of staff was speaking in a not very nice way to one the younger staff, this may have just been banter but it isn't something I really want to see. When we got our food and drinks things were missing. The bacon we paid extra for didn't come and once we realized we had already eaten our food. Our iced chocolates didn't come with spoons like they normally did. This made it quite difficult to eat the large ball of ice cream in the drink.
