Firstly there quote was very competitive, much cheaper than the others. And I received a $600 discount as old skylight nothing wrong with it. They started and completed job in the time frame they said they would. My new roof looks amazing. Good to do business with an honest reliable company. Thank you to Kathryn and the Team. I had a full roof replacement , communication was differcult at times but installation was fast and efficient and very friendly workers , the final result was very satisfying, and would use custom roof again if needed, i am very happy with the final result

But your team has hands down been the absolute best, easiest, tidiest and calmest...despite the weather Gods.I must also say what an incredible and professional young man Kieran is. A great company to deal with.Out of 5 companies Julian was the only one to reply to my email and came the next day to look and submitted a quote within 48 hours.Excellent fast communication, friendly, and a good price.The whole process went smoothly and a great job cleaning everything up afterwards. Custom roof made replacing my roof so easy they were efficient, communicative, and professional. Their quote compared to others in the business was also realistic. The guys were all friendly and hard working and nothing seemed to be a problem when I had requests. They made the whole process stress free for me. I would 100% recommend them.

Simply outstanding effort from an amazing outfit. Office staff organised quote fast. And the installers were all professional and friendly. They used quality product and gave us a roof we are very proud of, they also went the extra mile and fixed some areas of concern in our fascia, beyond the scope, we did not have to ask them to do it, they just used common sense and goodwill to help us. Not only would I use them again, I would tell everyone I know to use them. Would give them 6 stars if I could.
