My Fried Chicken Mission Bay
We've been a regular customer at the Ponsonby branch, and the service was good in terms of the food quality, and quantity. However, the Mission Bay branch isn't up to the standard. We're disappointed in the size of the chicken. The chicken itself is quite small, and more wings included than usual. Half of the pieces are boneless, nibbles (pop-corn size). As of now it's not worth the money. I'll try the Ponsonby branch to see if they have also regressed to this quality.

My Fried Chicken Mission Bay
Literally just got my order and in my car now writing this, walked in right on opening time at 11am and asked if I could order, the girl had a stone cold face and just asked what I wanted ( without hi, please etc) proceeded with my order and I asked how long it would take, I got another cold response “10 mins”. Went to do some shopping and came back after 15mins and food was ready, girl handed food to me and I said thank you, not a single response from the girl. I haven’t tasted the food yet but won’t be coming back regardless of taste, the service is worse than any fast food chain and there is no basic manners or appreciation of customer’s business. I could understand if it was flat out busy but as I was the first and only customer during that 15 mins, I cannot find any excuses for them!

Honestly, heard great things abt this place but didn’t even get to try it. We stood looking at the menu for a solid 10 minutes while we were ‘waiting to be seated’ and we’re fully ignored by all three staff working. The didn’t say a word to us, and made eye contact many times so not like they didn’t see us.Really disappointing, service needs to improve if I were to every try again.

I ordered on Uber eats. First time trying, didn’t like what I had ordered maybe because it was too spicy. I also ordered a Maple Chicken Sandwich, this was pink on the inside so couldn’t really finish it. Overall I think the food would’ve been good had I selected a different sauce as a topping for the chicken, however the chicken in the sandwich was still undercooked which is why we’re settling with a 3star review today. Hopefully better next time round?

Korean fried chicken of dreams! Crispy and delicious. Ordered takeaway and was on time and on point. Yang Nyeom and Cluck Soy were both incredible. Garlic bread was very buttery- a bit much for my taste. Has vegan options too which is fab
