I went to Turners Detroit place Christchurch branch today 18 May . I was dealing with girls at the front reception , they were very nice to deal with. But suddenly their Office manager and Branch Manager came into the picture and Start saying, are you the same guy who was harassing the girl at the reception last time.Last time I went to Turners for changing the ownership of one of my car. Lady at the counter was quite rude from the starting and she said I can't take this paperwork as it needs to be sign by original owner, then I said could you please ask your office manager one time just to make sure because I bought this vehicle and I am dealer.Then she said you don't need to argue with me. I just left straight away after this happened then I came to know that the girl at the front reception was Branch Manger's wife. Afterthat I did it online by myself.After few days which is today I went to do registration and dealing with different staff member at the reception, this girl was amazing and nice to deal with. Then suddenly Turners Office manager and Branch Manager came into picture and start saying regarding how I harrased their previous staff member.Just bcoz the girl last time I met she is wife of Branch Manager. And then both managers were keep saying and forcing me verbly that they want me to say that she was right. And I said she may be and may be not right.Because I didn't endup the process at the time, she was rude and I left straight away.Even she was rude a bit but I didn't even raise the issue today and not on that day . These two managers just keep saying she was right , she was right.They can even check their camera, I didn't yell and I didn't say any bad words. I just came out with the disappointment that's it.They need to grow up and start doing some work instead of wasting other people's time. There was no need to create the scene. I found both managers were quite rude and bossy today like the girl last time. as they think I work for them.They need to act as managers of big company but they actually behaving immature kids. I don't know how come they become Branch Manager and Office manager. It seems like they are running family business not a corporate company.***On 25 May 2023***Now I got reply for my review but couple of days back, Branch Manager said they can't serve anymore. In this reply they said they are happy to help.* describing the rules and regulations are different, which I can understand but describing these things with full bossy attitude and rudeness by Turners staff member that's unacceptable. You can't treat your customers with rude behavior.* basic fundamental of customer service is to treat your customers with smile and positive attitude, that's what I know as a dealer.* And specially Branch Manager and Office manager don't need to stretch the issue this much. You will get respect if you respect your customers.* I am happy to follow the rules by NztA and respect them. But your staff member have to earn respect from the customers by providing them services with smile and positive behavior which they are lack off that I can see.I am not your employee or your servant to whom you can treat like this.Turners chch used to be very happening place to work and serving the customers but from last few years its just very disappointing. But managers hiring random people or their family members who have no idea of customer service.On 18th May both managers wants to put their words in my mouth, just want to hear that there staff member was right. That's it all about.I didn't put review when got embarrassed by Turners staff member. But I just put review after Branch Manager and Office manager come into picture after few days, when I went their. I got stunned that what's going on here.And from that day I decided that I will not go back to Turners again and not even recommend to anyone.Thanks for your great service.

Bought a car from them (golf tsi 2011) but ended returning it due to some electrical failure. Easy to deal with when I returned the car but they did not reimburse the money that I spent to fix their faulty car. They said it has to be pre-approved before they can cover it. I literally fixed their car for them not sure if it’s on display again.

Bought a car from Jade with no hassle and no pressure. Very happy with it so far. Also, Marina in the reception is one of those rare customer service super stars you don't see very often. Great buying experience.

I brought a car here from Steve the manager and Micheal, I totally recommend you ask for Micheal, he was helpful , friendly and honest which is rare for a car dealership, Steve the manager is a guy who sticks to his word , he’s a really decent bloke and made the right whole process of buying a car less stressful, thanks Steve . I would definitely go back to these guys only , recommended turners Christchurch.

Friendly staff and wasn’t too hard to book a test drive. Great selection and range with a massive warehouse.Honestly, 80% of the reason why I bought a car from these guys is because of the smiling salesperson/mascot. I believe the name’s Tina. I guess presentation can matter a lot as buying a car can be exciting and fun!

The place that end of life cars get sold for a premium price. These cars are here for a reason.Cars have dud vibes. We spent HOURS walking around looking at cars with no information or price on them. The sales team worked hard. However, every car he looked up for us had some issues. The one car he found for us that suited us (manual, tow bar, speed vibes) had no problems when their mechanic team had assessed. Fast forward 3 months car has a vast array of issues including miss firing, bad wheel bearing, smoked coils, bad window washers. Leaky boot, wheels with vibrations and bad tyres, and bad alignment. Car only had 90,000km on it. Cars are here for a reason. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. Have spent $1500 to get the car up to acceptable standards. Think twice.

took my 2010 bmw here with 160000kms on it, was told that it is close to the end of its life and the best they could do was $500, sold it 2 days later on trademe for $9000 after getting it assessed by AA and there was nothing wrong with it. This is the place you go when you don't care about your car or your money

Staff at reception are super friendly. Dealt with Leo. He was friendly but that's about it. Offered a ridiculous price for our car. They had a similar car, higher kms, smaller battery and no SOH on car for double what they offered. Not impressed. Sold privately for way more.
