Arena Car Park

Nice new place clean and good lighting well numbered floors and parking spots, very good for event parking, a little expensive but ok for peace of mind. And easy access to spark arena

A nice little carpark tucked out of the way near the vector Arena you have to drive down a small lane to get to the entrance.. I only parked her because I was staying in a hotel right next to it which I paid $30 a day through the hotel.. I had a friend come around for 4hrs which cost $45 bloody expensive ...

So we paid upfront online. Nowhere to check out. Surely they had number plate recognition. Obviously not. Had to speak to an attendant. Not the seamless experience we expected

It's definitely a good location and great that you can book online, but it's a terribly designed carpark, especially if you are there on a busy period ie. for an event at the arena. There is barely space for cars going up and down, and for such big events they had no one giving guidance and controlling the traffic. It was chaos in and out of it. We will tray alms other place the next time, which is a shame as it's close to the arena.

Closest available car park to the arena. Affordable evening rate $25. Short walk to the arena. Ticket machine located on the ground floor when exiting. There is temporary parking available where you can park your car and sort out the ticket before leaving.

I don't typically give 1 star review as I understand business is hard to run.However, the car park had an event parking sign stating $15 parking while they charged $25 + card fee when existing the car park. There was a long queue behind me so I could not speak to anyone.Also, you would get stuck in the traffic as there are only two machines for the exit.I suggest to park at Wilson parking (they actually charge you $15) or park elsewhere and walk a bit if you are attending the Spark arena event.

We prepaid, secured a spot on the top floor and like several others who have left reviews, waited 50 minutes to get out after the sho we saw at Spark. Really, not a fun experience. Particularly as we were leaving, other vehicles were entering and attempting to park, shouting abuse at us and almost hitting out vehicle. A poorly designed system or just too popular? I won't be back.

Like the location because it is close to Spark Arena, but the price was high. We arrived before 6pm to ensure parking for a uni graduation event. It cost $45 for 4 1/2 hours.

Attended a show at Spark Arena so paid a premium to park here (pre-booked it online) as it was the closest carpark. Big mistake. It's 5 levels and the only choice once we arrived was to park on level 5. After the event we were stuck in the carpark for nearly 1 hr late on a Sunday night forced to wait for every other car on the 4 levels below us to leave before the 5th level could 'escape'. Don't do it! Find a cheaper ground level park 5mins away and get away 55mins quicker.Postscript: just noticed they have charged my credit card $10 more this morning (!!) because I was 1 hr late to exit the car park because it took me 1 hour sitting in the car to get from their 5th floor to their exit gate. Crooks!! Avoid them at all costs.

I was considering paying $25 to park here for Hamilton, but after reading the reviews I decided not to. I'm glad I didn't, because when I got to the Arena I saw there was $20 event parking on the incoming side. Then I saw there was $15 event parking on the other side!
